Все действия осуществляются в рамках действующего законодательства Республики Польша, в государственных административных учреждениях.

Delaj Doki не является государственным органом и не представляет клиентов в официальных структурах.

3. Ответственность

Delaj Doki не несет ответственности за решения, принимаемые государственными учреждениями, а также за действия третьих лиц. Клиент несет ответственность за достоверность предоставленных данных и документов.

4. Порядок оплаты

Оплата производится в польских злотых (PLN) по предварительному согласованию с клиентом. Возможны безналичные и наличные формы расчета.

5. Защита данных

Delaj Doki гарантирует конфиденциальность предоставленных персональных данных и их использование исключительно для целей оказания услуг.

Delaj Doki is not a government agency and does not act as an official representative in government offices.

We only assist clients in preparing the correct documentation and submitting it properly.

3. Service Use

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Delaj Doki reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if incorrect or fraudulent information is provided.

4. Payments

All payments are made in Polish Zloty (PLN), unless otherwise agreed.

Payment details, including total cost and method (cash, bank transfer, or electronic payment), are communicated before the start of service.

No hidden fees are applied.

5. Limitation of Liability

Delaj Doki shall not be held liable for:

Decisions or delays made by Polish administrative or government authorities

Any loss resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Third-party errors or external systems beyond our control

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of document preparation and advisory assistance as agreed with the client.

Delaj Doki respects your privacy.

All personal data collected (such as name, phone number, email) are used only for communication and service provision.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except when required by law.
